Canada & Greeders ~ The Hidden Hatred

freefreefree4

I have watched, listened and learnt so lets talk about Canada, where men account for three terry-2015out of every four suicides, with seven men dying by suicide every day. And the risk is even greater for gay and bisexual men. Where the middle class and above are cherished, honored and respected and all others degraded and sentenced to a life of struggles, desperation the result of most suffering from mental health issues, resulting in…suicide. The hidden hatred within it’s walls for the most vulnerable of it’s population,  LGBT peoples, Indigenous people’s, Muslin peoples and outsiders if you will etc, a place where still today Racism still runs ram-pit, not to mention a place that even women are beaten and badder beyond belief and murdered or cast out and Homelessness is raging out of control for forks sake , and I can go on.

Now at a ripe 56 years old and an OUT non-closeted member of the hidden LGBT community in Canada all my life I know only too well the difference between doing whats right because it’s legislation and doing whats right because it’s comes from the heart. Being called names, beaten up and even sexually assaulted, also where for the most part kids and adults alike are being diagnosed with depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder which is the norm.

slide_360376_4031618_compressedAnd due to this perception by society, which sickens me to the core, I am shocked when I realize the closeted LGBT people I have met over the years in Canada whom still hide and spend their whole life suffering in pain and anguish, hiding behind a woman in marriage or just a relationship terrified to be themselves.

In Canada, only one in five people with depression get appropriate treatment. And in Ontario, only one in three patients discharged from psychiatric hospitalization will get a follow-up within the month. Why is Canada doing so poorly in helping people with mental illness? {because it’s not from the heart but rather for Greed~Terry.K}

Dr. Paul Kurdyak and Sanjeev Sockalingam explain why treatment is so difficult to come by. Paul Kurdyak is an expert advisor with EvidenceNetwork.ca, a psychiatrist and clinician scientist at CAMH (the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health). Sanjeev Sockalingam is a psychiatrist and Deputy Psychiatrist-in-Chief at the University Health Network and Associate Professor at the University of Toronto.

With all due respect I also have to say that more than 70 countries have Anti-Gay Laws (Death penalty) which include country’s like Russia, Sudan, Saudi Arabia and Iran to name a few.

I do have respect for the leaders of these counties in question (excluding the newly formed American Government, whom should know better) for being honest unlike, Canada whom have created fake legislation said to protect all citizens, that I have fought and suffered to obtain more than 30 years, which in reality, I believe it’s only to quit those protesting, because as sure as I sit here, they will stick a knife in your back the first chance they get whom I have no respect for at all.

As a survivor of a suicide attempt at 19 years of age I now long for my time to cease on this planet, which I truly believe to be hell.

There are only two types of people I despise, and that is Liar’s, perjurer, deceiver’s and thieves, call them what you like but Canada is over whelmed with this type of individual that I call Greeders whom will walk on or over anyone to satisfy their own needs & greed, the place that if you Rob a bank, your life is finished but that same bank can rob you without repercussions.

Millions of people continue to live in places that outlaw same sex relationships and prosecute people for being gay. In five countries and in parts of two others, homosexuality is still punishable with the death penalty, while a further 70 imprison citizens because of their sexual orientation. ~ United Nations Feb 10, 2014.

slide_360376_4031617_compressedBelow is what one man from Ireland had to say about living in Canada after immigrating here to Vancouver and being here just five years, this is an excerpt from his review Pros & Cons of living in Canada:

High taxes, not just on wages but on everything you purchase and sometimes yearly on certain things like the value assessed property tax, high commercial tax, high living tax, just high tax on everything like GST and HST.

The pay gap between struggling and comfortable is so far removed from reality that half the people in Vancouver can’t afford to leave Vancouver because it costs so much just to survive.

Services, all of them are expensive. I never once imagined an incoming call could be considered a charge.

I have once again filed a Claim in The Federal Court of Canada against the Royal Bank of Canada on January 21, 2017 and I don’t even know if it’s been accepted or declined to date!

These are a few of my thoughts on the evils and how my Country has failed me!

The Story of the Fourth of July

The Declaration of Independence

smilie-chuckie2We celebrate American Independence Day on the Fourth of July every year. We think of July 4, 1776, as a day that represents the Declaration of Independence and the birth of the United States of America as an independent nation.

But July 4, 1776 wasn’t the day that the Continental Congress decided to declare independence (they did that on July 2, 1776).

It wasn’t the day we started the American Revolution either (that had happened back in April 1775).

And it wasn’t the day Thomas Jefferson wrote the first draft of the Declaration of Independence (that was in June 1776). Or the date on which the Declaration was delivered to Great Britain (that didn’t happen untilNovember 1776). Or the date it was signed (that was August 2, 1776).

So what did happen on July 4, 1776?

Authorisation for Parliamentarians

“Consideration for others is the basis of a good life, a good society.” ~ Confucius

d75d52b474686317ef75a21c4099e5dfOn June 8, 2016 I signed a document named (Authorisation for Parliamentarians~ this form authorises the Canada Revenue Agency to release confidential client information to a member of Parliament or a senator and their staff) to give Federal MP Mr Greg Fergus authorisation to look into my CRA account issues.

Below is one of the documents Mr Fergus received from the CRA, I will call here “Doc #1”, this letter, one of many he forwarded to me, was issued on October 5, 2010 canada (1)which seems to have made it to the mainstream, This document with out a doubt indicates I did not paid my Taxes from 2004 to 2009, and I have a current outstanding balance of $25,160.66.

This document can be viewed in it’s entirety at this link “Canada Revenue demand letter

As we move along I am going to prove and show you that not only is the above a derogatory Canadadocument,  which is also evidence of defamation of my personal & financial characters. I did in fact pay my fair share, a fact of life that I have been always aware of and is everybody’s responsibility.

Canada (1) Payments I made to my Canada Revenue Account for the years 2007 & 2008:

  1. Payment date ~ July 25, 2007 ~ Amount of payment ~ $500
  2. Payment date ~ Mar 12, 2008 ~ Amount of payment ~ $500
  3. Payment date ~June 6, 2007 ~ Amount of payment ~ $500
  4. Payment date ~Nov 21, 2007 ~ Amount of payment ~ $500
  5. Payment date ~ Aug 22, 2007 ~ Amount of payment ~ $500
  6. Payment date ~Dec 12, 2007 ~ Amount of payment ~ $500

Below I have also supplied six (6) images of the payments, the front and back of each cheque that cleared my account during 2007 and 2008, totalling $3000,  my only concern is that there has been thousand’s of dollars I paid to “The Receiver General for Canada” that is not reflected on my account and nobody cares to find out where it went or should I say who’s pocket?

Below are images of payments I made to my CRA account in 2007 and, 2008

payments-07&08-3

Let me finish with this, the document below is the current status of my CRA account, or should I say, what I believe to be the status of my CRA account.

In April 2016 I filed my 2015 income Tax return the result of which I received a refund of canada-maple-leaf-stylized1$1175.00, with a outstanding balance of $457.48.

The legal system is designed in such a way that it is not accessible to the less fortunate, this has to change if we are ever going to accomplish peace and understanding for all humanity, justice should be accessible to everyone because this is the soul purpose of why it is so important and their determination to prevent me from obtaining employment, “Lack of funds = no legal representation = no Justice”.

The Means To No End

commissionaires2

Commissionaires, Trusted everyday, everywhere ~ Really

On June 7, 2016 I when on-line to the Commissionaires Ottawa website and registered for an account to electronically purchase my background check which is required and requested by the employer for employment purposes. The process requires paying the fee ($63.23) which can be done on-line after which the certificate is Untitled-1forwarded to your email which takes any where from 24 to 48 hours.

After clicking submit I instantly received a message, according to the email my identity could not be verified through normal channels, I must appear at a physical Commissionaires outlet office to surrender two pieces of Government picture ID to obtain the required background check. Considering the commissionaires office was five minutes away I proceeded to 721 St. Joseph BLVD to complete the process.

This process is intended for persons living and working in Canada, there are two types of record checks as follows:

  1. ECPIC is a name and date of birth check only.
  2. or an RCMP certified fingerprint based record check.

The next day on  June 8, 2016 I received an email message from the Commissionaires office woman-cop2which included a certificate stating the record check was REJECTED and read as follows:

from: donotreply ecpicdonotreplyecpic@commissionaires-ottawa.on.ca
to: “terr.kinnn2@gmail.com” terr.kinnn2@gmail.com
date: Wed, Jun 8, 2016 at 3:13 PM
subject: CPIC
encryption: Standard (TLS) Learn more
Please find attached the completed police certificate.
If your certificates states “fingerprints required” please click the link below to locate the nearest Commissionaires Location where you can have your digital fingerprints completed.
https://www.commissionaires.ca/en/offices
Regards,
Commissionaires Ottawa ID Team
877 322 6777

So again I called their office to inquire, I told the agent Mr Jacques Sorel that I did not request or require a certified fingerprint based record check that in fact I had only requested and required the “ECPIC name and date of birth check ”  because I was going to be working from home, the last time I acquired the Background check was Nov 21, 2010 from the OPP at a cost of $25.00.

Fingerprintforcriminologystubs2I believe he was not as forthcoming, honest and open as he should have been, I asked why he was refusing to sell me one of their products, also that I had the right to purchase any product I choose, that it was unfair to demand my fingerprints and or suggest which products were available to me, he responded with your only option is to come back in the office and he would take my digital fingerprints which would cost another $85.00 and forward them to the RCMP to have the record check completed.

At this time I inquired about getting a refund for the $63.23, he stated I would not get a refund because it was the charge for performing the search regardless if I received the certificate or not, the cost is non-refundable.

The result of which I loose $63.23 and still without a background check, no available funds to purchase the certified fingerprint based record check even if I wanted it, resulting in the lost of another employment opportunity due to no fault of my own.

Kinden v RBC Royal Bank of Canada ~ Published on Mar 4, 2015

After much debate I have decided to move ahead with this action because now it’s a matter of principal. They first took all my money, then fired me from my job in 2009, defamed my name so I could not obtain employment and when I did manage to secure employment I was harassed and Mobbed at every job. Now I must take all necessary action to prevent them from destroying the lives of others.

The only question remaining is “Will the rule of Law apply this time?”

Today June 10, 2016, the reality is there won’t an end to this madness if I don’t do anything, since December 2014 twice I have attempted to file this action in the federal courts but it was rejected and returned to me, it may never surrender results but I will never find out if I don’t file it in the federal courts.

Recent Developments in Ontario in Employment and Human Rights Law

ONTARIO2

There were two interesting developments in Ontario this month in employment and human rights law, another step forward for Human Rights in Canada.

Changes to the Occupational Health and Safety Act

smilie-trueBill 132 received Royal Assent. Important to our employer clients in Ontario are
the amendments to the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA). Bill 132
now expands the definition of “workplace harassment” in the OHSA to include:

  • Engaging in a course of vexatious comment or conduct against a worker
in a workplace that is known or ought reasonably to be known to be
    unwelcome; or
  •  Workplace sexual harassment

Bill 132 clarifies that reasonable action taken by an employer in managing or directing the workplace and workers is not workplace harassment.

Bill 132 also specifically defines “workplace sexual harassment” as:

  • Engaging in a course of vexatious comment or conduct against a worker in a workplace because of sex, sexual orientation, general identify or gender expressed, where the course of comment or conduct is known or ought reasonably to be known to be unwelcome; or
  • Making a sexual solicitation or advance where the person making the solicitation or advance is in a position to confer, grant or deny a benefit or advancement to the worker and the person knows or ought reasonably to know that the solicitation or advance is unwelcome.

chuckie40tonone3.jpg

thankyou

Bill 132 requires employers to develop written programs, which must be reviewed annually, to respond to issues of harassment and sexual harassment in the workplace. Further, employers must provide training to their employees on their workplace harassment policy and program.

The changes to the OHSA will come into force on September 8, 2016.

AN OPEN STATEMENT TO THE PRIME MINISTER OF CANADA “MR JUSTIN TRUDEAU”

“A Life Survey ~ A Recognition of Truth”

“The confirmation of the termination of my employment by my employer today, brings a mild since of grief, as I am over whelmed with the feeling of finally being free from persecution which takes presidency right now”

Mr Trudeau

canadianflagI was recently made aware that you were an Advocate, knowing that, I would like at this time to share my thoughts with you on “Workplace Bullying, Harassment,  Discrimination and Violence!

Also when you were running for the leader of the Liberal Party of Canada, I voted for you and had the up-most respect and confidence in your leadership abilities, on Feb 5, 2014 I wrote an article, “Canada” where I expressed and gave the reasons why I believed in your leadership abilities.

Well I guess it’s official, the corruption of the entity in question this time “easyhome” making this, give or take one or two because I lost track, the 40th job I have been dismissed from due to no fault of my own, well I guess it is my fault because I choose to be me, not what was suggested I be, for this I have paid a hefty price.

This is an example of the hatred that is now embedded in our society, that needs to be seriously recolonized and acknowledged, Canadaa destructive brand of evil that has been silently endorsed by society and our governments, it has been given the supreme authority to thrive, leading to it’s acceptance and approval and it’s continued existence of an ever growing form of hatred, prejudice and violence in our workplaces and schools.

canadian-flag-heartSince I filed my first Human Rights complaint in 1998, again in 2012 with the latest being March 4, 2016. Timeless appearances in front of a judge pleading my case for survival and all request for closure or remedies has been time and time again ignored or denied.

For those of us looking for some sort of closure or results to stop the torture, it’s now obvious were not going to get it, not in Canada that’s for sure, our concerns has been and it’s safe to assume, considering! will always be in vain unless things change.

Again this time, “ONLY” out of concerns for my health and safety at work, to bring the undeniable facts of workplace violence to society’s attention which I have experienced for more than 20 years, I made my employer aware of the situation, but rather then help or try to resolve the matter, or honour my request for transfer to another store, I was not asking for a monetary remedy, canada (1)I was asking for and still am, a transfer out of a poison and violent environment to a safe one, this was my only request and concern, “Safety” the reasons and my motive, but having to file another complain with a Human Rights Body to ask for the transfer from a poison and violent workplace only to protect myself, being continuously denied a transfer by the employer, this only confirms just how much hatred the employer actually has for me.

In closing, what I have learnt from a life time of experiences, awareness and acknowledgement of, not to have reliance on the justice system because it is non-existent, you are wasting your time and your life, speaking out has no result, I have time and time again over the course of the last 4 years asked, yes even you, our Prime Minister for assistance many times, whom at the time was not even a political leader, is this the result Canadian-flag-background-for-Canada-map (2)the lower class can expect?, I also begged the United Nations for assistance, time and time again but got no response to date, which in all honesty, only made life worst, and had no effect on for the end result at all.

We need to realize it now, there is no one who cares but most of all, there is no justice system you can rely on to assist or save you!

In seven days I will be 56 years old, I would be full of concern and fear knowing what I know now, if I were 20 years old today, probably the realization, a depressive one, a false since of relief, this I know, so I accept reality for what it is.

I leave you with this thought A Victim of Bullying-Revenge (Ottawa Massacre OC Transpo1999), is taking up arms the answer to put workplace flag-of-canadaviolence in check? as in what one Ottawa citizen had to do to resolve his issue of workplace bullying, violence and harassment in 1999 at OCTranspo?

I relocated to Gatineau on May 10, 2011, since then I have complied a list of 30 employers in the Ottawa region where through temporary work assignments from an employment agency in Ottawa, (Handyman Personnel) I experienced Bullying, Harassment, discrimination and workplace violence, I will be sharing that list!

We all have dreams, all different ones, my only dream has been for a peaceful and enjoyable life, to live free from persecution, free of a poisoned community!

To be put in a position of destruction, why not use my knowledge for your benefit?

Thank you

It’s Always Good To Make Others Laugh

laugh2

“If we learn to open our hearts, anyone, including the people who drive us crazy, can be our teacher.” ~ Pema Chodron

I want to take you back to Jan 10, 1977, it was a simple time, I was still in High School half way through the 10 Grade. I remember to this day, one incident that occurred that left me totally confused and hurt but a chuckle for sure.

I’m not really sure what day of the week it was but what happened as the end result of what I thought was a good deed totally shocked me, It goes like this.

670px-Revive-Dry-Play-Doh-Step-1.jpgThere were 29 students in my class, a even mixture of boys and girls, the day in question , I came into the procession of some play-doh, green to be exact. I’m sure we all remember play-doh, the magical things you could create with it was endless.

We were going through a transition with a substitute Teacher Mr Drover, whom we nick named Mr Grover, as a fill in, what we were doing was not logo_phpBBreally related to the suggested learning schedule and I was sort of bored,  anyway I took a small piece of the play-doh and rolled it into a little ball, small enough to fit up my nose while no one was noticing.

I started by pulling it out of my nose in a long string and putting the other end, in my mouth, when a couple of classmates noticed and started laughing, I quickly hid the play-doh as the teacher was reading and looked up at us, after just giving us a look, he continued to read.

sleeping-in-classI did it a few more times, trying different things with the play-doh with the end result, laughter, until the teacher looked up and caught me. He told me to bring my desk to the front of the class and turn it around facing the class, what he assumed to be punishment, I thought to be an audience, I’m in my glory.

Well needless to say I had the whole room in laughter, until he turned again and caught me and said in a firm voice, go stand out side the classroom door until the bell rings, I obeyed. After the period ended he took me to the office to see the principle, Mr Penny I believe at the time, anyway because it wasn’t my first visit to his office, he simply told me to leave, I was now suspend indefinitely, in other words don’t come back.

a.baa-wivf-wiv-wpeoiv-wpvn-wpeiuvbNow I’m walking home fearing what my parents would say and think of me, trying to sneak in but as soon as I got in the door I encountered my mother, she was full of questions, asking what are you doing home and why are you crying, what happened?

I asked her why she lied to me, she asked, how did I lie to you? I said, you told me “it’s always Good to make others laugh” she said that’s not a lie, more people will like you. I said, then I don’t understand, I made everybody laugh but I got kicked out of school, never to go back, and that’s why I’m crying (because I liked school).

17yearsold2My parents did resolve the matter, and I returned to school that September in the fall to complete my grade 10 all over again, but not without my parents begging for my reinstatement to the School Board.

In the end, after realizing my mistake, she said, it is good to make others laugh and never stop doing that, just be more aware of where you are and your surrounding.

I was disciplined many times during my years in high school by the staff, and every time was because I made others smile and laugh! I still believe laughter is the best medicine, how ironic that laughter was a bad thing and didn’t catch on in the schools over the years but it’s opposite did “BULLYING” a very bad thing, and nobody cared to resolve that!

Pink

one-my-size2 PINK~PINK~PINK~PINK~PINK~PINK~PINK

me-pink2pinkfacePink is any of the colours between bluish red (purple) and red, of medium to high brightness and of low to moderate saturation. Commonly used for Valentine’s Day and Easter, Pink is sometimes referred to as “the colour of love“, “the artist Pink” and now “Pink Shirt Day” in Canada falling this year on Feb 22, 2017.

A little history on the use of the word Pink

The colour “Pink” was first recorded in the late 17th century. Although Pink is roughly considered just as a tint of red, most variations of Pink lie between red, white and magenta colors. This pink-smileymeans that the Pink’s hue is somewhat between red and magenta. Lucretius used the word to describe the dawn in his epic poem “On the Nature of Things” (De rerum natura). Roseus is a Latin word meaning “rosy” or “Pink.”

My Thoughts on Pink Shirt Day

I first heard about the boys in Nova Scotia in 2009 after discovering an article on-line, since which I started to follow. After a couple years and having the opportunity to  read and learn more from past articles in the archives of Pink Shirt Day, there was one detail that seem to have got lost since the first article I read. It’s all about awareness and prevention of Bullying above all else but I noticed that one main detail from the original story over time seemed to had somehow got omitted smilie=countryfrom the original story line, which added to the soul purpose of “Pink Shirt Day”. In the first few articles the Grade 9 boy who was being bullied for wearing a Pink shirt to school was a member of the “LGBTQI Community” and Two Straight boys stood up for him, this is a fine example of good character, something that all youth should know or hear about, it needs to be spoken out loud. Once realizing this I became more interested and involved and started to follow along. I soon realized I was right and not everyone was aware of the complete history that lead up to that day in 2007, we need not forget how and why “Pink Shirt Day” was started, and make sure history remembers.

I posted my first article “Speak out! Stop bullying: Wear pink on April 10” for “DayofPink” on April 10, 2013, after realizing just how far the “Pink Campaign” has actually travelled. streghtieIt’s now known around the world as “The International Day of Pinkthe International Day against Bullying, Discrimination, Homophobia, Transphobia, and Transmisogyny, this year falling on April 13, 2016.

I would like to close by commending the two youth, in their mid 20’s now and all those of you who have dedicated your time and efforts to the “Pink Shirt Day Campaign” and the fight against Bullying because “Awesome” don’t get any better then you!

THERE’S NO QUICK FIX TO WORKPLACE BULLYING – THAT’S WHY WE NEED COURAGE

ethics

“The standard you walk by is the standard you accept.” ~ Australian of the Year David Morrison

Studies on workplace bullying suggest as many as 96% of people have been victims, and it leaves a permanent impression. Petrina Coventry outlines some things we can do about it.

Despite increasing measures to combat workplace harassment, bullies remain entrenched in organisations. Changes to law and regulation aimed to stamp out the practice altogether, but instead they have transformed bullying into an underground, subversive set of behaviours. Now hidden, these behaviours often remain unaddressed.

drawing-the-love-sign-smiley-emoticonIn others cases anti-bullying policies can actually work to support perpetrators. Where regulations specify what bullying is some people will cleverly use those rules as a guide to work around. Although these people are no longer bullying in the narrow sense outlined by policies or regulations, their acts of shunning, scapegoating and ostracism have the same effect. Rules that explicitly define bullying create exemptions, or even permissions, for behaviours that do not meet the formal standard.

Anti-bullying rules can help bullies to manipulate without being punished.

749e22b0b3ee4102fdaaaef442a2f74fThese insidious behaviours can remain undetected for long periods of time because they are more difficult to notice or prove. As Kipling Williams and Steve Nida argued in a 2011 research paper, “being excluded or ostracized is an invisible form of bullying that doesn’t leave bruises, and therefore we often underestimate its impact”.

“Ostracism” Consequences and Coping

thumbsOstracism means being ignored and excluded by one or more others. Despite the absence of verbal derogation and physical assault, ostracism is painful: It threatens psychological needs (belonging, self-esteem, control, and meaningful existence); and it unleashes a variety of physiological, affective, cognitive, and behavioral responses. Here we review the empirical literature on ostracism within the framework of the temporal need-threat model.

the-silent=killers

smileys-cz-7The bruises, cuts and blows are less evident but the internal bleeding is real. This new, psychological violence can have severe, long term effects. According to Williams, “Ostracism or exclusion may not leave external scars, but it can cause pain that often is deeper and lasts longer than a physical injury”.

This is a costly issue for both individuals and organisations. No one wins. Individuals can suffer symptoms akin to Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. Organisations in which harassment occurs must endure lost time, absences, workers compensation claims, employee turnover, lack of productivity and the risk of costly and lengthy law suits as well as a poor reputation.

So why does it continue?

continueFirstbullies tend to be very good at office politics, working upwards and attack those they consider rivals through innuendo and social networks. Bullies are often socially savvy, even charming. Because of this, they are able to strategically abuse co-workers whilst receiving positive work evaluations from managers.

Secondly: policies aren’t the panacea they are sometimes painted as. If they exist at all they are often ignored or ineffective. Areport by corporate training company VitalSmarts showed only 7% of workers know someone who used an anti-bullying policy in their defence – for the majority, it didn’t work. Plus, we now know some bullies use policy to craft new and seemingly licit means of enacting their power.

Thirdly: cases often go unreported, undetected and unchallenged. This inaction rewards perpetrators and empowers them to continue behaving in the same way. This is confusing for the victim, who is stressed, unsure and can feel isolated in the workplace, undermining the confidence necessary to report the issue. Because of this, many opt for less confrontational path – hoping it will go away in time. It usually doesn’t.

We always need to be mindful of the possibility one of our colleagues is being subject to unacknowledged bullying.

zipWhat can you do if colleagues are being shunned and ostracised by peers or managers? The first step is not to participate. However, most people are already likely to be aware of this. More relevant for most people is the need not to become complicit by remaining silent. It’s not enough to abstain from being a bully ~ the onus is on you to take positive steps against harassment where you witness it.

Watch Australia’s Chief of the Army, Lieutenant General David Morrison’s message about unacceptable behaviour, this attitude is the ONLY attitude that should be acceptable for any ethical leader in a professional role, or as General Morrison’s states, “GET OUT” and go do something else with your life!

good-luck-2By doing nothing you allow psychological attacks to continue. In this way, silent witnesses bear partial responsibility for the consequences of bullying. Moreover, unless the toxic culture that facilitates bullying is undone, logic says you could be the next victim.

However, merely standing up to harassment isn’t likely to be a cure~all solution. Tackling workplace bullying is a shared responsibility. It takes regulators, managers and individuals in co-operation with law, policy and healthy organisational culture.

It’s not enough to abstain from being a bully – the onus is on you to take positive steps against harassment where you witness it.

your-wealthOrganisational leaders in particular need to express public and ongoing support for clearly-worded policies. In doing so, policies begin to shape and inform the culture of an organisation rather than serving only as stand~alone documents. It is critical managers understand bullying’s implications for culture, employee wellbeing and their own personal liability.

When regulation fails ~ the dilemma most frequently seen today ~ we need to depend on individual moral character. Herein lays the ethical challenge. “Character” is an underappreciated ethical trait in many executive education programs, but the moral virtues that form a person’s character are the foundation of ethical leadership.

What can we do about it? Challenging workplace bulling takes vigilance, awareness and courage.

A return to character might diminish the need for articles like this. In the meantime, workplace bullying provides us all the opportunity to practice courage.

A Search for Kindness

“A Search for Kindness” (Update March 14, 2016)

Hi Anna
I am in receipt of your letter dated March 14, 2016 and I will not return to work on March 17, 2016 at 9:45 am as requested but please be advised that all statements made by me regarding ALL issues are TRUE so help me “GOD” and I stand by every word I have previously stated in emails and messages and will still be moving forward with the HTRO claim at the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario (whom I have copied on this email) to be removed from store #556.
It disappoints me and and causes great stress which is also very degrading to my self worth and self esteem that Goeasy Ltd takes my concerns so lightly with no concern or respect for my health and well being what so ever.
If throwing me back to the wolfs gives you satisfaction, I shall not honour your request as it’s the result I was expecting. I recorded sound and video as preciously stated due to a now a lack of TRUST.
Best regards

Update Feb 22, 2016

Hi Anna

I am in receipt of your letter dated Feb 22, 2016, please let me reconfirm my wishes and intentions. I am going to say this only once more, my health and safety are a major concern, it is obvious that you are declining to believe anything I say about the harassment and violence I was subjected to at both stores here in Ottawa.

Yourself as a representative of Human Resources were apart of that team, you are as much responsible as everyone else involved for the relented harassment I was subjected to. I spoke with you a number of times regarding my concerns about my safety at work (the first time in January 2015). you responded by saying, and I quote “GO Home” which I refused, ending the call by saying “you will have to get back to me” but never did until I got assaulted at work.

I now want criminal charges brought forward against Mr Todd McIntosh and will settle for nothing less because I have been assaulted one hundred to many times while at work, not just easyhome I might add which is why I mentioned other incidents and forms of harassment by outside entities.

May I remind you this is my second complaint filed with the “Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario” since Nov 2012 regarding these exact same issues of harassment and discrimination only this time there was physical violence. Also the fact that I was released from my work duties and put on sick leave due to injury by my Doctor was a wake up call for me.

If I may ask you one question, which was a concern of the WSIB, rather than being sent home on sick leave, How come I was not offered light duties?

So my answer to another conference call with yourself or Mr Cooper is “NO” unless your going to honour my request for a transfer or the call is with the “CEO Mr David Imgram”.

Why? During our last call you declined to accept my concerns (accused of Lying) and grant me a transfer, so knowing that, we have nothing further to discus. I am declining to speak with you or Mr Cooper any further regarding these issues, also I will “NOT” under any circumstances return to store #524 or #556, I requested a transfer away from both these stores and Ottawa due to concerns with Health and Safety while at work.

So if I may ask you not to contact me again regarding these issues unless it’s to advise me of a transfer or a scheduled call with Mr Imgram.

Have an awesome day Madame
Thank you

A Search for Kindness “Update Feb 16, 2016”

The results are in…had my conference call with HR at 10 am which didn’t last very long, but regardless, waiting now for the finding’s of the investigation and direction’s moving forward which I requested in writing.

Also as of yesterday I received full payment from WSIB by way of a draft closing the file.

923004_10151331384711890_1479766938_nAs the end of the day draws near and my journey of Kindness which started Jan 16, 2016, the day of the workplace accident I have not received any information from the WSIB in almost three weeks since filing, only one phone call from the adjudicator which was on Jan 28, 2016 advising me the claim seemed all in order. On Jan 26, k109419182016 I decided to call the WSIB to enquire as to the status of my claim, now 10 days later I didn’t even know if there was a claim established or not, I was advised at that time I had to file a form 6, I was also given my claim number during that call. Below information is taken from the OWA website how to file a WSIB claim.

What is WSIB e-filing?

If your employer filed an Employer’s Report of Injury/Disease (Form 7) and the WSIB has assigned a claim number to your accident, the WSIB will send you a letter asking you to file a Form 6. You may complete and file an electronic Form 6 (eForm 6) on the WSIB website. You must print the electronic Form 6 before filing it as you are required to give a copy to your employer.

Your employer must provide you with a copy of the Form 7 that they sent to the WSIB.

You should receive a letter from the WSIB providing you with a claim number. A claim number does not mean that your claim has been approved. It only means that the WSIB knows about your claim and has started a file. You should refer to the claim number every time you contact the WSIB about your claim.

If you do not receive a claim number, it may mean that the WSIB does not know about your claim. You should contact the WSIB right away to check. The WSIB will tell you how to establish a claim if you do not have a claim number.

5582489700007936I called the WSIB call centre today to request a status update but the call centre agent that I was speaking with would not give me any information as to the status of my claim.

My employer was also suppose to forward me a copy of the form 7 they filed with the WSIB but have not done so to date, I was required to send my employer a copy of the form 6 which I did the same day it was filed with the WSIB.

Anna from easyhome HR contacted me today by way of email to request more information on the details of what I experienced at work since starting my employment Oct 23, 2014 which I forwarded to her via email today which I have listed below.

Mac-mac-apple-busy-smiley-emoticon-000712-facebookI believe that even though I was told verbally by the adjudicator that my WSIB claim was approved on Jan 28, 2016, after 17 days I have not received any information regarding my claim since it was filed or if one even exist.

6331376438083584My Doctor returned me to work on Feb 1, 2016 but my employer refused for me to come back to work if my health and safety was in question. I received a letter by email requesting I stay off work with pay, while they investigate my allegations, staying off work was not my wish, I SHOULD BE WORKING NOW, not sitting at home. My next scheduled pay-day is Feb 12, 2016 lets see if I actually get paid for one week!

A Sample of what I endured at Work

  1. Putting razor blades in with the screws and nuts which I used my hands to sort through and almost sliced my finger but only got a paper cut, after this incident I used a screwdriver or pen to search through them, which I also brought to the Manager’s attention.
  2. Making sofa’s, love seats and other unit’s dirty after I steam cleaned them, then degrading my work as poor.
  3. Totally defacing a Stainless steel refrigerator and stove by way of scratching it up with a sharp object after I cleaned it, then blaming me.
  4. Carts and dollies used for moving heavy furniture not available for weeks (disappeared and then reappeared).
  5. Company Tools (screwdriver’s, wrenches etc) used for assembly went missing, I had to get my own tools from my car to finish the task.slide2
  6. Being yelled at by manager’s, name calling and threats etc .
  7. Being lied to constantly regarding work duties, withholding important information to complete assigned tasks.
  8. Thief of personal items from my brief case (phone chargers and documents), drinks and other items from the staff refrigerator such as my lunches went missing, I stopped bring lunch.
  9. Being pushed when carrying heavy furniture causing me to fall.
  10. loading furniture on the truck after which we were told the customer cancelled, so we had to unload it back into the store which happened frequently.
  11. Being locked out of the store in the morning when arriving for work, other staff would look and wave and just go about their business leaving me out in the cold, so I would go back to my car and wait for them to decide to let me in.

the-silent=killers

These incidents happened almost everyday and much more frequently, then others which occurred at least two to three times a week. There are more I can list but these are the ones that had the most impact on me due to there frequency, also I filed a complaint with the HRTO on Jan 27, 2016 and still nothing from them either.

I am going to wait until tomorrow to see if I get any results and or answers, if not I have already started a complaint to the Ontario Ministry of Labour, I will also start contacting federal MP’s.

Getting to yesTo think that all I requested was a transfer, a non- monetary request away from Ottawa stores because all staff have made it very obvious that they didn’t like me and want me there, considering it’s my job and until the company changes that, berufe_smilie_0079I will fight for my rights.

Why then in November 2015 did you transfer two employees, one from each store I had worked to other stores which only pissed everyone else off.

I can suggest a very easy way to fix this problem and my first thought would be to honour the transfer and there will be no need to continue these proceeding and everyone will be satisfied, better known in the courts as “MEDIATION” where there is no winner and no loser, everybody wins, I am still waiting for an answer to my question, an answer you are refusing to give, Why can’t I get a transfer to a safer work environment?

Davey Wavey makes a case for respecting LGBTI elders

5452028457779200

With a Trillion Tons of Gratitude to Davey Wavey

The YouTube celebrity will curse anyone unable to show respect to the older members of the LGBTI community

davey3troubled-old-man-smiley-emoticonThe title of Davey Wavey’s recent YouTube video is all you need to know: ‘show some f**king respect.’ The YouTube sensation is done with older gay men being mocked.

‘I am so sick, and so tired, of seeing young gay guys walk into a club…and they’ll be like, “Ewww, that old creepy gay guy is so disgusting. He’s so gross. He looks like Santa Claus.”‘

The reason this attitude spikes DW’s anger is because us older gay men have made a lot of things possible, from marriage equality to gay/straight student alliances in high schools.

angry-old-man-smiley-emoticonpeace-gay‘The people of his generation are literally the only reason that you can walk down the street, in your pink f**king tank top, holding your boyfriend’s hand, and not get your ass beat,’ Wavey says.

Somebody is preaching today! While Davey’s words are focused on gay men, we at GayStarNews raise our coffee cups to all our LGBTI elders.

Watch DW’s clip below. Share it. Let’s try to to be respectful of each other, no matter where we are on this crazy, beautiful, journey!

Workplace Bullying (The Living Poison)

UN UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Interviewed by DPI
Zeid RaÕad Al-Hussein, UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, is Interviewed by DPI

After just over one year with this company I have come to the reality that this will not ever change, a poison company does not start out as such rather the poison is spread over time throughout the company starting in the ranks of management trickling down through the ranks of employee’s creating a poison environment right across the board.

Throughout and over the course of the last 12 years, 2004 to present day how the mobbing started was through “Bribery” which I have witnessed several times from SunGard to Easyhome, whereby a manager or employee has been given money or through vehicle purchases as payment to single out and target an employee(s) which has become a growing problem in Canada and around the world, “Would you trust an employee known to take a bribe?

e0e65bf6e7b87ab2a948e59a65c9ff69If we continue to turn a blind eye and look away, future generations will find hardship and difficulty in reaching a productive and fulfilling life, so are you concerned about your future and your children’s future?, maybe you don’t care because it don’t directly affect you in the present moment but mark my words as the media show that Mental illness is becoming more and more visible in today’s society only to become a greater strain on future generations.

We are talking about a silent war lead by greed and the power to obtain it, but don’t take my word for it after all it’s your world now, I am just waiting for my number to come up.

An Awful Choice: Pay Rent or Buy Groceries?

pay-rent

That’s a small price to pay for the benefits that come from addressing the causes, rather than the symptoms, of food insecurity and poverty.

923004_10151331384711890_1479766938_nMy thoughts on this recent issue by the Homeless Hub are:  After relocating to Renfrew in September 2009 I had to apply to Ontario Works whom requested during the application process my credit history, at that time I was told if I didn’t supply one, my application would be denied, and or they would request one from Equifax Canada so I honoured their request.

On November 28, 2009 I started a position at a local Hardwood floor Candy-Cane-christmas-candy-cane-smiley-emoticon-000944-largemanufacturer in Renfrew subsidized by Ontario Works. On Dec 29, 2009 after being severely harassed by staff and employees I was fired.

Mostly confined to relying on Food Banks, over the course of the next couple of months I tried desperately to get assistance from Ontario Works to relocate to Ottawa to search for employment which were all denied. After obtaining employment at Richcraft in Ottawa through Handyman personnel (Whom would also later fire me) On May 1, 2010 I relocated to Gatineau, QC using my monthly benefits from Ontario Works.

goal-gayWhy? because while looking for accommodations in Ottawa I discovered that rents were at least 30% lower in Gatineau than Ottawa. Now when you see that big a difference in two cities less than one KM apart, this only goes to prove and makes it more than obvious that Canada lacks legislation on “RENT CONTROL” again affecting the number one “Global Goal for Sustainable Development NO POVERTY”. ~ Terry.K

5350942483415040This week’s infographic takes a look at the relationship that exists between affordable housing and food accessibility. The infographic comes from a series published by the Ontario Non-Profit Housing Association (ONPHA) that were designed to help raise awareness christmas-tree-3about Canada’s affordable housing crisis. ONPHA is the voice of non-profit housing in Ontario, and the organization regularly works with its members to provide tools to develop and deliver high-quality affordable housing in the province

graphic4_decisions

Christmas-Smiley2The infographic states that housing is the single largest expense in most families’ budgets. As a result, families living with insufficient income are forced to choose between paying rent and buying groceries. According to a report by Campaign 2000 released last year, the average food bank client spends over 70% of their income on housing. The infographic also establishes that food bank use has rapidly increased in recent years. Food bank use in Ontario has increased by 45% over the past 20 years. A significant portion of this increase has happened very recently, particularly in 2014 the number of households using food banks increased by 20% for the first time.

Across Canada, food bank use has also been rising in recent years. From 2008-2014, Manitoba saw a 52.5% increase in the number ofsanta food bank users. Similar increases were observed in Saskatchewan (51.1%) and Alberta (48.2%). Canadian territories, in turn, have seen a 247% increase over the same period.

The Daily Bread Food Bank, the largest food emergency centre in Canada, recently surveyed clients to get a better understanding of what was driving growing food bank imagesuse in the GTA. The organization found that after paying for rent, clients had an average of just $6.13 per day remaining for additional expenses. That’s just $6.13 left over to cover meals a day, transportation needs and any other expenses. Over 40% of respondents of the same survey who were receiving social assistance stated that there were times when they did not eat for an entire day.

When discussing what steps can be taken to address food insecurity, the conversation needs to be about more than just increasing funding for existing36_15_2_28401 food bank services. Housing, food insecurity and poverty and inextricably linked for families struggling to afford housing. By investing more in affordable housing, Canada is in turn helping to address issues of food insecurity.

merry-xmas-smiley-emoticonchristmas-tree-3Affordable housing investments can be viewed as a preventative approach against homelessness. While preventative approaches often require greater investment and commitment in the short-term.

That’s a small price to pay for the benefits that come from addressing the causes, rather than the symptoms, of food insecurity and poverty.

Justice, The Peoples & Poverty!

wordpress-header-archies3

I have the will and desire to speak up about the injustice in Canada, and why poverty thrives.

First lets talk about the Justice system and why it don’t work. Legislation is written in a format that is only understood by legal professionals, and those that create it, why? so that you and I, the common man will not be able to represent ourselves in a court of law, imagine if we all could understand legislation and could represent ourselves in a court of law. Maybe then there would be no need for lawyers and the courts would either be over flowing with claims, or better yet we as a people’s would judge ourselves more appropriately. So it’s safe to say the system is only designed for access by the rich resulting in the common man being left behind or with a financial burden, left in ruins, which though out my life I have been a victim of and I have also witnessed it many times.

This is where change is required, yes we have legal Aid, a service provided by the Government, which also don’t work, let me elaborate. Over the course of the last 15 years I have been in front of a judge and or adjudicator many times representing myself because:

I did not have the funds to pay for legal council, as they were requesting $1000 retainer fee and

I applied for legal Aid and it was denied also for 2 reasons:

  • In Ontario I was told by a staff lawyer at The Human Rights legal department I did not have a case, a case which I did go on to get an out of court settlement representing myself.
  • I was told by a staff lawyer at The Quebec legal Aid office I wasn’t a citizen.

So we have talked about the justice system and the impact it has on society as a whole resulting in broken families, broken individuals and broken homes, if you look at the ripple effect, directly causing homelessness and bringing us to how the legal system directly & indirectly affects the system not only in Canada but possibly the majority of all states has on the Global Goals.

The Global Goals Directly affected by the Justice system in the short term are as follows:

In closing I would like to add that in the long term the current Justice system affects the success of all the Global Goals, until we take a look at this current system and make the necessary adjustments, the Global Goals I truly believe will be impossible to implement as long as the Justice system is putting the less fortunate on the streets.

The WorkPlace and Mobbing

SUNGARD

923004_10151331384711890_1479766938_nwork-schoolEmployed under contract from April 3, 2003 to Sept 9, 2009, we were a team of thirty (30) the staff were like family but one day that all changed, for reasons unknown as I can only speculate, they all turned on me and with extreme hate better known as Mobbing. Try to imagine going to work everyday knowing you were going to be harassed by twenty (20) or more people, I did for three (3) years, tried to do my job and no matter how much hatred they showed I always retaliated with “LOVE” until they finally broke the contract.

06b0d8e9b941e43e1dd480db2d16e45dMobbing can be understood as the stressor to beat all stressors. It is an impassioned, collective campaign by co-workers to exclude, punish, and humiliate a targeted worker. Initiated most often by a person in a position of power or influence, mobbing is a desperate urge to crush and eliminate the target. The urge travels through the workplace like a virus, infecting 1912531_10152067186641890_3897369818398031821_none person after another. The target comes to be viewed as absolutely abhorrent, with no redeeming qualities, outside the circle of acceptance and respectability, deserving only of contempt. As the campaign proceeds, a steadily larger range of hostile ploys and communications comes to be seen as legitimate. Mobbing is hardly the only source of debilitating stress at work, and it was not the only one on which Leymann did research.

miorrrbinHe interviewed bank employees who had undergone the terror of armed robbery, and subway drivers who had watched helplessly as their trains ran over persons who fell or jumped onto the tracks. Leymann documented the depression, absenteeism, sleeplessness, and other symptoms of trauma resulting from such stressful experiences.

supermanBank robberies and subway suicides were no match, however, for being mobbed by co-workers in the personal devastation that ensued. Not doctor-smiley-emoticoninfrequently, mobbing spelled the end of the target’s career, marriage, health, and livelihood. From a study of circumstances surrounding suicides in Sweden, Leymann estimated that about twelve percent of people who take their own lives have recently been mobbed at work.the-silent=killers

A house is never still in darkness to those who listen intently; there is a whispering in distant chambers, an unearthly hand presses the snib of the window, the latch rises. Ghosts were created when the first man awoke in the night. ~ J.M. Barrie

Happy 4th of July America

4th-july

Or the date on which the Declaration was delivered to Great Britain (that didn’t happen until November 1776). Or the date it was signed (that was August 2, 1776).

So what did happen on July 4, 1776?

The Continental Congress approved the final wording of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776. They’d been working on it for a couple of days after the draft was submitted on July 2nd and finally agreed on all of the edits and changes.

have-a-great-4thJuly 4, 1776, became the date that was included on the Declaration of Independence, and the fancy handwritten copy that was signed in August (the copy now displayed at the National Archives in Washington, D.C.) It’s also the date that was printed on the Dunlap Broadsides, the original printed copies of the Declaration that were circulated throughout the new nation. So when people thought of the Declaration of Independence, July 4, 1776 was the date they remembered.

In contrast, we celebrate Constitution Day on September 17th of each year, the anniversary of the date the Constitution was signed, not the anniversary of the date it was approved. If we’d followed this same approach for the Declaration of Independence we’d being celebrating Independence Day on August 2nd of each year, the day the Declaration of Independence was signed!

How did the Fourth of July become a national holiday?

For the first 15 or 20 years after the Declaration was written, people didn’t celebrate it much on any date. It was too new and too much else was happening in the young nation. By the 1790s, a time of bitter partisan conflicts, the Declaration had become controversial. One party, the Democratic-Republicans, admired Jefferson and the Declaration. But the other party, the Federalists, thought the Declaration was too French and too anti-British, which went against their current policies.

have-a-great-the-of-july_goBy 1817, John Adams complained in a letter that America seemed uninterested in its past. But that would soon change.

After the War of 1812, the Federalist party began to come apart and the new parties of the 1820s and 1830s all considered themselves inheritors of Jefferson and the Democratic-Republicans. Printed copies of the Declaration began to circulate again, all with the date July 4, 1776, listed at the top. The deaths of Thomas Jefferson and John Adams on July 4, 1826, may even have helped to promote the idea of July 4 as an important date to be celebrated.

Celebrations of the Fourth of July became more common as the years went on and in 1870, almost a hundred years after the Declaration was written, Congress first declared July 4 to be a national holiday as part of a bill to officially recognize several holidays, including Christmas. Further legislation about national holidays, including July 4, was passed in 1939 and 1941.

Canada is a federal parliamentary democracy and a constitutional monarchy, with Queen Elizabeth II as its head of state.

canadianflagCanada Listeni/ˈkænədə/ is a country in North America consisting of 10 provinces and 3 territories. Located in the northern part of the continent, it extends from the Atlantic to the Pacific and northward into the Arctic Ocean. At 9.98 million square kilometres in total, Canada is the world’s second-largest country by total area, and its common border with the United States is the world’s longest land border shared by the same two countries.

The land that is now Canada has been inhabited for millennia by various Aboriginal peoples. Beginning in the late 15th century, British and French colonies were established on the region’s Atlantic coast. As a consequence of various conflicts, the United Kingdom gained and lost North American territories until left in Canadian-smiley-facethe late 18th century with what mostly comprises Canada today. Pursuant to the British North America Act, on July 1, 1867 three colonies joined to form the autonomous federal dominion of Canada. This began an accretion of provinces and territories to the new self-governing dominion. In 1931, Britain granted Canada full independence in most matters with the Statute of Westminster 1931. The Canada Act 1982 severed the vestiges of legal dependence on the British parliament.

Canada is a federal parliamentary democracy and a constitutional monarchy, with Queen Elizabeth II as its head of state. Canada is a member of the Commonwealth of Nations. The country is officially bilingual at the federal level. It is one of the world’s most ethnically diverse and multicultural nations, the product of large-scale immigration from many countries, with a population of approximately 35 million as of December 2012. Its advanced economy is one of the largest in the world, relying chiefly upon its abundant natural resources and well-developed trade networks. Canada’s long and complex relationship with the United States has had a significant impact on its economy and culture.

RBC Foundation gift to Canadian Society for Social Development

Gift or Bribe

Now Known as “Make a Change Canada”

(RBC Foundation gift to CSSD)
(RBC Foundation gift to CSSD)

downloadAhhhh..no “Smilie Star” here, The Canadian Society for Social Development received a $20,000 gift from RBC Foundation to support participants locally and across Canada in the IBDE Web Essentials and Web Essentials Advanced programs. Scott Frazer of RBC Branch Nelson recently presented a cheque to Ann-Marie Edgar executive Director of the Society at the Nelson location. We are thrilled to receive this contribution from RBC Foundation. The donation will allow us to help more individuals facing challenges to employment and get the skills and college certificate they need to start a new career and bring important technology skills to the labour market.
Now under different circumstances I would say this is a great thing and congratulations would be in order, call me paranoid but considering the fact that I had to complete the Web Essentials program from Nov 4, 2013 to May 2, 2014 without any assistance as every email that I sent to the instructor requesting assistance went unanswered. I was answered only after my second request (email) and I was then told “I’m glad you sent the second email because the first one went to my spam folder” which was always to late as I had already handed in the assignment, resulting in completing and graduating all on my own, a certificate that I have not yet received and don’t expect to receive. Also being an online training program, which included mostly the watching of videos as part of the curriculum to complete assignments, of which were not available to me or I got a pop up message the video was not available at this time, resulting in late assignments. Now that I started the Web Essentials Advanced program on June 2, 2014 I am experiencing yet again more problems with the assignments and videos, right from the start the first video I had to watch of course is not available or is broken as you will see by the image below, which is just audio. 5715138824896512I sent a copy this time of the screen shot and they have yet to address my concerns with the video error. I believe this donation is not in good faith and believe it to be a bribe and or payment to Bully and Harass me during my studies.
I welcome your comments but after losing my Job and life in Sept 2009 due to the injustice and derogatory information entered into my credit files shortly after the trial ended in 2006 by RBC Royal Bank of which they had no claims, I am more than justified in my lack of trust and questionable sincerity and believe they have ulterior motives for this donation. Will this have an impact on my continuing education? yes it probably will but I won’t go through what I went through in the Web Essentials program, I’ll quit if they don’t kick me out first, for me I have zero tolerance for Bullying and hatred, the most important and noticeable thing they stole from me over the course of the last fifteen years is my ability to “TRUST”.

Evil Landlord #1

new-headerMe in da KitchenFirst I want to apologize, it seems I have missed a whole day, with moderating the sites and the start up of the new affiliate business, it’s been crazy busy getting the pages set up, and it’s not finished yet, and I have fallin behind on my readings, but I will get to them. This post will be yet another addition to “My Story”, I want to take you back to Sept 4, 2009, I was living in Mississauga, Ontario and still working at horror hell “SunGard”. It was sort of their last ditch effort to get rid of me, SunGard that is, any way the story begins with a friend appearing at my door late June of 2009. After a couple of weeks went by I came to find out he was running from the “Law”, to make along story short, he now had to be back in Renfrew Ontario for 5 pm for a meeting with his probation officer, it’s now 12:55 pm, a five hour drive to get him there, knowing it was next impossible to accomplish. So I picked up the phone and placed a call to the officer in question, this gentleman was very upset and yelling on the phone, refusing to give any lead way, saying if he was not on time for his meeting, he would call the police to pick him up and they were going to incarcerate him for one year. After twenty minutes or so, begging and pleading, I managed to convince him to wait as we were leaving immediately. PT CruserWell needless to say while en route I would end up almost losing my vehicle, a new 2008 PT Cruiser only a couple months old to the Ontario Provincial Police due to speeding, she clocked me going 50 kms over the speed limit and in a construction zone no less, current legislation included confiscating the said vehicle and double the normal fine in construction zones for speeding, but for reasons unknown she (the officer) said she would not take my vehicle, and would not double the fine, but I did get a $375 speeding ticket. We arrived in Renfrew one hour late but the guy was in his office waiting, now I had the task of convincing him not to lock a 17 year old boy up for a year with harden criminals, which would do him more harm then good, but he did agree to release him into my custody for 90 days and to return to Mississauga with me, needless to say the boy was as happy as a pig in shit 🙂 I did what I did because I knew him from the day he was born and he has held a special place in my heart and still do, like the son I will never have, even though he is afraid to be seen with me now or to speak to me for that matter. The KitchenThe fact he was going to be living with me for three months, caused issues with my landlord, once he knew I had company living in my unit he wanted more rent. I have been living in this unit for more than 3 years at the time, but to keep the peace I was paying $600 a month, I suggested an increase of $40 a month, he agreed and I assumed that was the end of it, but nooooooooooo I was wrong. One evening I received a call from the landlord regarding a leak under my shower, leaking down to the unit below me, he had to remove my shower to repair it and wanted permission to enter my unit the next day, I granted him the permission, butThe Horror Washroom I would live to regret it though. Arriving home the next day we would find the plumbers in the unit just finishing the shower uninstall, but they had to order a new one, and they would not be able to install it until the next day, leaving us with no running water in the washroom at all, not even for the toilet, I was not impressed but what can you do. I would call him every day for the next four days, inquiring to his intentions for the install of the shower, having to take time off work, 4 days due to no running water, we proceeded back to Renfrew to wait it out. On day four I called one of my brother’s in Brampton and requested he place a call to him for me because he, the landlord had not returned any of my calls or messages. My brother placed a call to him right away but got no answer either but left a message, Me SunGard 2007so on day five I left and headed back to Mississauga, not being able to loose any more time from work, but once I arrived late that night around 11 pm, I was surprised to see the plumbers working so late installing the new shower, it was certainly a relief. It also felt good the next morning, day five to wake up, shower and head to work, but it would be in vain, after 6 1/2 years it would be the day that SunGard would fire me. Now relieved that I no longer had to tolerate the workplace Bullying and Mobbing, but my life was now over, only to get worst. In closing over the last four years I have often wondered why or how I225113_10150978168096890_2016419255_n was still alive, and where my strength was coming from because in late 2010 I spent 8 days in bed, depressed and not able, nor did I have any desire to get out, I just wanted to die, but that’s when by chance I would meet my God sent, the one responsible for where and who I am today….lotsa luv mon ami.

The Doctor’s Office

6435-ErinMillspkwyNow lets explore the medical profession and their criminal interference, or were they directed by an much larger entity to commit these violations! For those of you who have been following my story are aware of my issue of teeth grinding while sleeping which without a doubt has been a long time standing medical issue for me with numerous trips per month for medical treatment due to headaches, toothaches and earaches, not to mention prostate issues.
While employed at SunGard I did have a family physician Dr. So located five minutes from work at THE DOCTOR’S OFFICE Medical Clinic, 6435 Erin Mills Parkway, Mississauga, Ontario.
On May 29, 2008 I had to pay an emergency visit to the Doctor’s Office Medical Clinic due to extreme pain of another tooth infection. At the time my Family Doctor, Dr. So was not available or in the office so I seen the Doctor currently on call, Dr. Saleem Hala. Due to the fact I was in extreme pain, I saw the Doctor without waiting. During the examination the doctor had me open my mouth as wide as possible as she used a tongue depressor to locate the tooth in question, once she located the tooth and I confirmed, with a sudden jab at the tooth caused me to spring from the table I was sitting on, now in even worst pain, while still holding the left side of my face yelling at her and immediately exiting the room and left the office as fast as possible.
On June 2, 2008 I sent a letter stating my disgrace with what I experienced on my last and final visit I would ever make to the Doctor’s Office, requesting all personal information with in my file returned to me immediately. I also filed a complaint with the Ontario Medical Association.
Now not having a family Doctor and not long after the incident at The Doctor’s Office I received a flyer in the mail for a new Walk-in Medical Clinic located not far from home on Lakeshore Blvd and Hurontario Street area. This clinic had weekend hours so as not to miss any more time from work the following Saturday I proceeded to check it out. Upon arriving and entering the front door I was greeted by an empty waiting room, an Asian individual in a white long coat whom appeared to be a Doctor and a white Caucasian lady sitting behind the counter, I was taken in immediately for an examination.
As I was there to inquire about the issue of teeth grinding and a remedy to help stop or decrease the frequency of the grinding. The doctor insisted on learning a little more about my medical history before beginning any treatment. After I briefly explained my current medical history which included the issues I was having regarding prostate infections. Knowing this he suggested he start with a prostate exam. I am sure as men we are aware of how a prostate exam is preformed, and many of us refuse this examination due to shame and the process which it is preformed, entry through the anus, which to start with is very personal and uncomfortable, but I agreed and followed his instructing, which I will omit for now. The process involves inserting a finger in the anus to check for swelling of the prostate gland. Once I was laid on my left side with my knees to my chest and my back turned to him he inserted a blunt object into the anus which caused extreme pain causing me to fall from the other side of the table to the floor. At this point as I pick myself off the floor now in servere pain, barely able to stand. Once I was on my feet, now getting back in my clothing as fast as possible, he says while sitting on a step stool, suggesting I stand in front of him. I said nothing and made my way out of the office to the front exit, the lobby now empty, I hear him saying and I quote “You have been just fucked up the ass by the Canadian Government”
I experienced bleeding for a few days and feared going to the washroom but the pain did not subside until a few weeks had passed.
The next day on Sunday, now full of anger and upset I contacted friends and told them about what happened, they we’re in disbelief and offered to pay the office a visit with me. I agreed so two days later on Monday we drove to the Walk-in clinic and I was shocked to find the unit had paper covering the inside of the windows and a for rent sign in the door, the appearance of a long time vacant unit.

This is also why I was assaulted by employees of Richcraft whom I believe was under orders to commit the assault.

Mr Trudeau

In April of this year I gave you my vote for your leadership campaign of the Liberal Party of Canada, and you now hold that seat, now I would like to ask you a favour in return, I currently have a application filed with the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, they have not been forthcoming in the process with me and are doing everything but observing my Human Rights. I have contacted the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights in New York in regards to the treatment I am receiving as a Canadian citizen, also that I have received at the hands of the staff of the HRTO office. In 2006 I contacted Mr Harper for assistance but he only had me fired from my job of more than 6 years and I have been prevented from working ever since. All opportunities I have embarked upon since, I have been Bullied, Mobbed and fired. I have been searching for Legal assistance but been denied by every agency and firm, I applied for legal Aid here in Gatineau, as I do qualify but am also been denied, they have closed my file.
I am now reaching out to every politician, law firm and agency in Canada and the United States, I am now hopping that as a return favour you can intervene on my behalf or offer some sort of assistance on how I should proceed.
Thank you for your time and consideration.

Best regards

Canadian Society for Social Development

Now Known as “Make a Change Canada”

ss-cover Today is Friday and the end of what I consider one of the best weeks I’ve had in years, I received an email from “Mary Alton” Service Coordinator of “The Canadian Society for Social Development” out of Nelson, British Colunbia, approximately 6 months ago I applied for their web estentials program. After contacting a few agencies I had to decline due to “yet again” lack of funding. Today’s email was to inform me I had been offered A “Sponsorship”, “Scholarship”, I am in a state of shock and amazement, and lost for words, I accepted that offer with honor. I do want to let Mary and The Canadian Society for Social Development know that I am forever grateful for all the assistance, as I cannot stress how much it means to me at this crucial time in my life.

A little about The Canadian Society for Social Development, they offer the Web Essentials and Web Advanced programs (IBDE), Online Web Technologies and Design Training, an excellent alternative for those wishing to enhance their career with a college certificate and valuable technology skills. IBDE provides individuals facing challenges to employment the opportunity to enhance their skills in a flexible and supportive learning environment. IBDE Web Essentials is a six-month, online, college accredited, web technology skills training program that gives students the opportunity to build a fully functional e-commerce ready website. Each year an increasing number of people living with disabilities or chronic health issues are looking at self-employment as a viable career option, such individuals as those who have an interest in becoming employed or self-employed, who already have basic computer skills, who may find it difficult to work outside their homes, who find it difficult to attend regular scheduled training programs in their communities and those who have the desire to learn and strive for their own independence.
