DO YOU KNOW SOMEONE WHO HAS PERFORMED A SELFLESS ACT OF KINDNESS? NOMINATE THEM FOR A 2016 KINDNESS DAY AWARD… Β
The Diana Award and Penguin Random House have teamed up for a second year to host Kindness Day 2016. Kindness Day is inspired by the best-selling novel Wonder which teaches us all the importance of kindness and how random acts of kindness can change someoneβs life. We know there are thousands of people across the UK who have performed random acts of kindness to family members, friends, colleagues and general members of the public. As part of Kindness Day we want to recognise these members of the public and encourage others to do the same by awarding these selfless acts with our βKindness Day Awardβ.Β All you have to do is nominate someone who fits the criteria below.Β The nominations will then be shortlisted down to 5 people and members of the public will vote for 1 person to win the 2016 Kindness Day Award.
Criteria for the Kindness Day Award
Weβre looking for a member of the public from the UK who has performed a selfless random act of kindness, which in turn has had a positive impact on the life or lives of other people. This award is open to all ages.
